Meal Prep: Veggies!


Don’t make meal prep a hassle! I am starting my next round of 21 Day Fix tomorrow and needed to get some veggies ready fast!
Here I have mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, garlic, thyme, and a little salt/pepper/evoo…
I started with the garlic and carrots first, let those cook for a bit on medium… Then added the shrooms… Then after a bit added the thyme and zucchini.
Delicious, SUPER easy to make, and GOOD FOR YOU! Score!
